TULSA, Oklahoma - Mixed Berry Jubilee
2oz unsalted butter
2oz simple syrup
Melt butter over medium heat, add blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.
Sauté for about 30 seconds and then add the simple syrup.
Carefully pour in the rum and ignite to cook off the alcohol.
Simmer until reduced to desired thickness.
