TULSA, Oklahoma - No Bake Fudgy Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies with Sharon Stroud with Sharon’s Nourishing Kitchen

1 cup raw pecans
½ cup raw almonds
1½ cups pitted dates
? cup creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. organic raw cacao powder
3 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut, optional

Place almonds in a food processor and process until coarsely ground. Add pecans and process until finely ground.

Add the dates and process until well blended. Add the peanut butter, coconut butter, vanilla, and cacao powder and process until completely mixed.

Firmly press mixture evenly in an 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with coconut or top with fresh sliced strawberries, if desired.

Cut into squares when ready to serve. Makes about 25 small brownies. Store in the refrigerator.

Even though these brownies are small, they are rich and delicious and will satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way!
