Catoosa Man Pleads Guilty To Making Lewd Proposals To Child

A convicted sex offender will serve 25 years in prison for trying to meet up with an underage girl for sex. Robert Stiltner pleaded guilty to contacting an undercover police officer and requesting naked photos.

The Catoosa man was arrested when he arrived at a Jenks apartment where he thought the "girl" was, for sex.

He was charged with 7 counts with 25 years on each, and the judge ordered the sentences to be served concurrently.
