TULSA, Oklahoma - The Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma released a statement on Tuesday in regards to the sexual misconduct allegations against a Tulsa priest. 

Officials said that after consulting with the Diocesan Review Board and a third-party investigator, the allegations against Father Joe Townsend were unsubstantiated.
