Tulsa Co. Cold Case Task Force Member Dies From COVID-19

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office said one of their cold case task force members has died from COVID-19.

Joanne Emmons died Wednesday. She volunteered as the minute keeper and organized for the task force.

She leaves behind a husband of nearly 35 years who also volunteers on the task force.
