The Oklahoma Corporation Commission says Oklahoma Natural Gas is likely at fault for a pipeline explosion that rocked part of Tulsa earlier this year.
The incident report says ONG installed new parts on a 61-year-old line near 21st and Memorial. The report says the new parts weren't set up correctly to work with the older parts.
That caused a huge explosion in January. No one was seriously hurt.
