Gas crews with Oklahoma Natural Gas blocked off part of Sheridan near Virgin after a gas leak.

Tulsa firefighters responded to the gas leak around 2 a.m. Wednesday.

Officials said the leak was caused by a car hitting it.

Officials said the car was northbound on Sheridan and left the road, going through a vacant lot before hitting a residential meter and then a high pressure meter.
