The Creek County Sheriff's Office issued a silver alert for a missing Sapulpa man after he went missing Tuesday afternoon.

42-year-old Tim Polk went missing near 11611 S 227TH W Avenue in Sapulpa around 1 pm on Tuesday. Deputies say Polk was found around 4 pm and has has been returned safely.
