Parmesan-Thyme Popcorn

Ingredients:
grated Parmesan cheese, ¼ cup(s), Parmigiano-Reggiano, finely grated
ground thyme, 1 tsp
garlic powder, ½ tsp
table salt, ½ tsp
Jolly Time Healthy Pop Crispy white naturally flavored 94% fat-free microwave popcorn, 8 cup(s), kept hot
cooking spray, 2 spray(s)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together cheese, thyme, garlic powder and salt.
Place hot popcorn in a serving bowl and coat with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese mixture, tossing all the while, until well coated.
Serving size: 2 cups
Notes
Grate the cheese with a microplane or through the small holes of a box grater.
Turkey and Cheddar Wrap
Total time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
reduced calorie mayonnaise, 1 ½ Tbsp
mustard, 2 tsp, coarse-grain
whole wheat tortilla(s), 2 medium, warmed according to package directions
cooked turkey breast without skin, 4 oz, chopped
table salt, 1 pinch
black pepper, 1 pinch, freshly ground
fresh tomato(es), ½ cup, diced
uncooked red onion(s), 2 Tbsp, chopped, diced
fresh watercress, 1 cup
WeightWatchers Reduced Fat Mexican style blend shredded cheese, 3 Tbsp, sharp-variety
Instructions:
In a small cup, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Lay tortillas on a cutting board; spread with mustard mixture.
Place 2 oz turkey in center of each tortilla; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top each with half of tomatoes, onion, watercress and cheese.
Tuck in sides of tortilla and then roll it up tightly; cut in half on a diagonal.
Serving size: 2 halves
