Stormwater Line Collapses In Downtown Tulsa, Lanes Closed During Repairs

Parts of 2nd Street and Elgin in downtown Tulsa are closed for emergency stormwater line repairs.

The city says the water line collapsed beneath the street.

Only one lane of eastbound 2nd Street is open, just north of Elgin and one lane of Elgin is open in each direction.
