TPD Body Cam Shows Dramatic Arrest

Dramatic new body cam video from Tulsa Police shows the moment a simple traffic stop turned into much more.

The video is from October 2nd.

Police say the man in the video, Travis McFarland, didn't have a concealed carry permit for the gun and kept reaching for it during the struggle.

McFarland also faces drug charges after police say they found meth in a syringe in his possession.
