A terrifying moment for a Tulsa waitress after police say a man held her against her will with a knife to her throat.
The man is identified as 41-year-old Bradley Slaton.
His arrest report shows the attack happened just after 8:15 a.m. Sunday, October 7th at a Tulsa IHOP restaurant, but doesn't say which one.
Police say Bradley Slaton had just had a meal at the restaurant and after eating, refused to pay for his meal. Instead, a witness told police, Slaton followed the victim to a back room, pulled out a knife and held it to her throat.
Police say the whole thing was captured on the restaurant's surveillance video.
Officers arrived and arrested Slaton as well as finding the knife used in the attack.
When Slaton was being booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon, jailers found Bradley Slaton had an outstanding warrant out of Smith County, Texas.
Slaton is being held without bond.
