Tulsa Man Wearing Miniskirt Arrested For Walking Across I-244

Police arrested a Tulsa man who was walking in traffic on I-244 near Delaware Avenue Tuesday evening while wearing a miniskirt.

Officers say they got a call about a naked man on I-244 at 7:20 p.m., 

Police said when the man saw officers, he took off running across the interstate.

Officers say Webb crossed the highway several more times before hiding behind a bush.  Police eventually arrested him at the Delaware Avenue bridge.

They identify him as 43-year-old Ottie Webb.

They booked Webb into the Tulsa City Jail on complaints including obstruction and jaywalking.
