Police arrest a Broken Arrow man on two child neglect complaints after officers say he left his young children home alone while he went out to get cigarettes.
He is identified as 38-year-old Louis Myers.
Broken Arrow Police say it was neighbor who found the children alone and crying, who then alerted police.

In Myers' arrest report, police say at first Myers seemed unsure of what was going on, but then started telling police that he was out looking for his children.
Myers says he had put his two young children to bed and told them not to leave the house, while he went to get cigarettes at a gas station.
The report states a neighbor who found the kids said the two children ran to him crying, asking where their dad was.
Police arrived and saw the garage door opened and the deadbolt missing on the house. They also noted in the arrest report that Broken Arrow Police had made a DHS referral about three weeks ago.
Police say the children are safe with family.
Jail records show Myers has a court appearance set for October 4th.
