Charges Refiled Against Against Tulsa Man Accused Of Kidnapping, Rape

Prosecutors have refiled charges against a man accused of rape and kidnapping.

Police investigators say Redfearn put a hood over a woman’s head, kidnapped her, and raped her before leaving her on the side of the road.
