Police arrest a Tulsa man they say got into a stranger's car Saturday evening, pulled a large knife on the driver saying he wanted to kill someone and buy some meth.

Officers identified the man as 26-year-old Josep Brown.

Police say the victim was able to eventually message his wife, asking her to call 911, when Brown appeared to fall asleep.

When Tulsa Police arrived they found Brown in the passenger seat of the victim's car and appeared to be under the influence of narcotics.

During his arrest, police said Brown dropped a baggie which contained what appeared to be meth.

Police booked Josep Brown into the Tulsa County jail on complaints including assault with a deadly weapon, public intoxication and possession of meth.
