Broken Arrow Man Arrested In Ohio, Accused Of Rape, Child Sexual Abuse

U.S. Marshals have arrested a Broken Arrow man in Ohio.  Investigators say he is wanted for several counts of rape and child sex abuse.

Kevin Norvell is accused of assaulting a young girl he knew for about three years.

Investigators say DNA evidence confirmed the victim gave birth to Norvell’s child.  They are currently waiting for him to be extradited to Oklahoma.

Norvell was previously convicted of sexually abusing a child in Ohio.
