Tuesday marks 17 years since the 9/11 attacks, and events are happening across Green Country to honor the victims and first responders.
Some Tulsa Tech masonry students have spent the past few weeks studying what happened September 11, 2001 - many of the students weren't even born yet, but they worked to design and build a wall dedicated to victims and first responders. You can see it in person at Tulsa Tech's Memorial Campus.
Tulsa Tech's criminal justice students will climb 110 flights of stairs to commemorate the bravery and sacrifice of first-responders.
The Tulsa Fire Department is hosting its second annual stair climb at First Place Tower at 8:30 a.m.

In Bartlesville, a special tribute ceremony is set for 9:00 a.m. at the Central Fire Station. It should last about 15 minutes and is open to the public.
And in Bixby, at 9:30 a.m., the Daughters of the Revolution are hosting a Remembrance Event at Washington Irving Park. One of the guest speakers is a man whose brother was a first responder in New York City and lost his life that day.
