Prosecutors charge three people with a Bartlesville murder.
They charged 17-year-old Terry "T.J." Donaldson Jr. with first-degree murder in the death of Gregory Meidl on Sunday, August 19th. The other two men, Thomas Alexander and Tyler Thomison both face second-degree murder charges.
Bartlesville Police say the three killed Meidl, in the driveway of his home when he apparently confronted them while they were allegedly breaking into cars in Meidl's neighborhood.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, the three drove in Thomison's car to "richer" neighborhoods to burglarize vehicles. Thomas Alexander stayed in the car behind the wheel as Thomison and Donaldson went door to door, an investigator said.

Court records state after approaching one house with security cameras and backing off, Thomison and Donaldson went to a cul-de-sac area where Meidl was up working in his garage.
Police say Thomison told them he heard Donaldson tell him to run then heard a single gunshot as he was climbing over a neighborhood fence. Both men got into the car with "Big Thomas," and Donaldson told Thomison "he tried to hit me with a bat, so I shot him," the affidavit states.
Police say Meidl was shot once in the head.
The affidavit states Donaldson had a gun in his possession - "possibly a Glock" - when the other two men dropped him off. Bartlesville Police got a search warrant for Donaldson's home and found two Glock firearms, a 9 mm and a 40 caliber. They also found a "substantial" amount of marijuana and a red bandana similar to one worn by one of the suspects as seen on surveillance video from the victim's neighborhood, records show.
Donaldson is charged with murder in the first degree, possession of a firearm after delinquency adjudication, two counts of burglary in the second degree and knowingly concealing stolen property.
Both Alexander and Thomison are charged with murder in the second degree, possession of a firearm after delinquency adjudication and two counts of burglary in the second degree.
