Father, Son Killed In Kansas Flooding Identified

The father and son who died in the flooding near Elk City, Kansas, have been identified.

Authorities say Dennis Catron Sr., 72, and Dennis Catron Jr., 39, were found in their vehicle after it was swept off the road by fast-moving floodwaters.

They say the vehicle was swept away by the water while Dennis Catron Sr. was driving his son to work.

Law enforcement says they received a call about the incident from someone who spotted the tailgate above the water with the tail lights shining.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the family with funeral expenses.
