Okmulgee County deputies believe they’ve found the body Addison “Add” Waddell.
Waddell was reported missing near the end of June, but through their investigation, deputies learned he was murdered, and they have his killer in custody.
Waddell went missing on June 27th, 2018, from near Henryetta, but his body found was Tuesday, July 3, 2018, 13 miles northeast of Okmulgee. Sheriff's deputies were led there on a tip.
Waddell was an accomplished and respected horse trainer who traveled extensively with his work, but he lived several miles south of Morris.
He shared his home with a roommate, who deputies say ended up killing him.
"We got a call last night that she wanted to speak with us and she wanted to tell the truth. We brought her over, went through a lengthy interview with her, and in that interview, she admitted shooting and killing him," said Okmulgee County investigator, Deputy Aaron Swayze.
The suspect is Nikki Bain.

Deputies arrested her Saturday, and though they said she confessed Monday night, she didn't tell them where to find the body.
”That's all she wanted to tell us, that she did it and how she did it," Swayze said.
Deputies are waiting for the medical examiner to confirm the identity, but have notified Waddell's family of the discovery.
Waddell was about to move away from Okmulgee to be near family in North Carolina.
Deputies said they are working to build their case and would like to talk to anyone else who knows something about what happened.
“Just the legwork now, just trying to put together a timeline of events,” Swayze said.
Deputies said the body was right where they were told it would be off Gun Club Road.
Bain is in jail awaiting a hearing.
