The Sheriff's Office said last month three people broke into a home and tied up an elderly man with tape.

Investigators said a woman and two men got away with two T.V.'s, a safe, prescription drugs, and over $1,000 in cash.

The victim, Garland Kelley, said she looked to be in her late 20s, with blonde hair and colorful tattoos on her chest.

The man was tied up for up to 10 hours before he was able to free himself and call for help.

"Bound up my hands, bound up my feet, bound me up I couldn't breathe," said Kelley.

"It’s really disturbing. The gentleman is appropriately 74 years old and he's on oxygen which is a bad situation to begin with they took his phones away," said Muskogee County Sheriff Rob Frazier.

If you recognize the woman in the sketch, call the Muskogee County Sheriff's Office at (918) 687-0202.
