Claremore Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Disabled Woman

A Claremore man is in the Rogers County jail accused of sexually assaulting a mentally disabled woman.

The victim's grandmother told police she walked in on Augustin Hernandez forcing himself on her granddaughter. Doctors say the victim was hurt during the assault.

Hernandez was arrested on one complaint of first-degree rape.
