Broccoli, Carrot, Cauliflower Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup plain 2% or fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup regular mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbls. apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbls. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 cups tiny diced broccoli florets
- 2 1/2 cup tiny diced cauliflower florets
- 1 1/4 cup thinly sliced baby carrots
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey and salt
- Place broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots into a salad bowl
- Pour dressing mix in and toss to coat evenly
*For best results, serve within 30 minutes of adding dressing.
