Three Train Cars Derail On West Tulsa Tracks

Three Union Pacific cars derailed on the north end of the Cherokee Yard in west Tulsa.

From Osage SkyNews 6 HD we can see that the cars appear to be blocking the main entrance to the Holly Frontier Refinery.

Union Pacific said two locomotives and a tank car derailed and the rest of the train was moved.

BNSF will be working to re-rail the locomotives.

There were no injuries or spills.

It’s not clear what caused the train to jump the tracks.
