Police: Woman Arrested For Driving Drunk With 3 Children In Car In Sand Springs

Sand Springs police arrested a Kansas woman they said was driving drunk with three young children in her car.

Officers said Tionna Russell went out of her lane on Highway 412 this weekend and hit another car.

Police said Russell admitted to drinking before getting on the highway.
