Handcuffed Man Steals OHP Trooper's Car

Police are looking for a man who they say stole a trooper’s car to ditch police.

OHP said the man was cuffed in the front seat of the cruiser while the trooper collected information from the man's stolen car.

They said he then slipped his cuffs in front of him and climbed into the driver’s seat and took off.

Troopers later found the car in a Broken Arrow neighborhood.
