Two People Found Shot In Hartshorne

Hartshorne Police are investigating after a man and woman were found shot early Friday. 

Police Chief Jeremy Pierce says Mark Savage and Shaun Borders were found at about 1 a.m. in a home near 12th and Lehigh. 

Pierce says two were first taken to a McAlester hospital, then transferred to the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Both are in critical condition. 

He says the OSBI is assisting his department with the investigation and may eventually take the lead. 

The police chief said they don't believe anyone else was at the home of the time of the shooting or that there is an ongoing threat to the community.
