Troopers arrested a man they said led them on a chase along Interstate 44 in a stolen car.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the driver, Michael Moore, was swerving from lane to lane in a stolen Toyota Avalon.
OHP said troopers tried to pull Moore over but he wouldn't stop.
They said he eventually got off I-44 at the Yale exit and headed for the hotels west of the intersection.
Troopers said the car stopped and three people got out and ran.
Tulsa Police helped search the area and officers said their K-9 scared Moore into surrendering.
"When it gets close and the handler is bringing him in close to the suspect, I don't know about you, but I don't wanna get bit, and I'm sure most people are the same way," Officer Adam Ashley said.
Troopers caught up with another passenger who tried to run but a third got away.
OHP said there was one passenger who did not run. That person was questioned then released.
The 24-year-old driver was arrested on complaints of possession of a stolen vehicle, eluding, possession of drug paraphernalia and some traffic violations.
