A judge ruled Tulsa Public Schools can intervene in a lawsuit over the state's charter schools.
The suit stems from a group of charter schools that are suing over access to local education funding, the same as public schools.

The district says that could cost them more than $1 million if they're forced to split funding with charter schools.
