Rogers County Man Gets 10 Years’ Probation For Lewd Acts With Minor

A Rogers County Sunday school teacher will spend 10 years on probation and have to register as a sex offender.

A judge sentenced Timothy Gregston Thursday.

Gregston contacted a 12-year-old girl through Facebook before eventually meeting her and touching her inappropriately.

He pleaded guilty to three counts of lewd acts with a child under 16 years old.
