Over the weekend, Muskogee police said there were at least seven reports of vandalism on the west side of town.
Neighbors said they want the vandals stopped and now police are looking for the person, or people, responsible for spray painting on the walls and vehicles.
"It was right here on the driver’s side of the van. It was red, green and blue," Mack said.
Spray paint and graphic images covered the left side of the van. Mack said it could be the result of gang activity.
"A lot of stuff you work hard and pay for what you get, and you don't expect that stuff to happen, but it's just some kids don't have anything else to do," he said.
Police reports show at least six vehicles were vandalized on the west side of the city. Two area businesses were also targeted.
Muskogee Police Officer Lincoln Anderson said they're looking for those responsible.
"There's no way to tell right now whether or not there's a group of people or one person. You could make the assumption that it's all the same people, but until we get some new information there's no way to say for sure,” he said.
Mack said he managed to remove the graffiti from the minivan. He said he hopes it was a one-time thing and that the crime spree will be short-lived.
"I wish people would leave other people's property alone. Find something else to do with your time other than vandalize people's property," he said.
Police encourage anyone with information to contact Muskogee Crime Stoppers at 918-682-COPS.
