TPD Seeks People Of Interest In Refund Fraud Case

The Tulsa Police Department's Financial Crimes Unit is asking for the public's assistance in identifying two people of interest in a recent crime.

TPD released photos and said the man in the photos was seen committing refund fraud.

The woman in the picture was with the man inside the store.
