Fight Leads To Stabbing Behind Catoosa Store

Police are investigating after a person was stabbed overnight Sunday in Catoosa at 19767 Haynes Road in Catoosa. 

Catoosa police said a group of people were behind the Petco Animal Supplies store when a vehicle drove up to the group, a fight ensued and one of the people in the car got out and stabbed one of the people standing outside the car. 

The victim's injuries are non-life-threatening, police said. 

Officers are investigating the relationship between the two groups of people. 

Police said they have a vehicle description but aren't releasing it yet, and they're trying to see if any nearby businesses might have surveillance video. 

Officers said they don't believe the stabbing is drug-related.
