ATV-Driving Teenager Dies In Wreck With Truck

A 16-year-old from Paden, Oklahoma is dead after his ATV ran into a truck Saturday afternoon. 

The two cars were traveling opposite directions on County Road E970 in Okfuskee County when they made impact at the top of a hill. 

The teenager swerved the Yamaha ATV and went into a broad slide before hitting the truck. It flipped an unknown amount of times before the teen was ejected, landing about 12 feet away. 

The driver of the truck, 68-year-old Alvin Perry, was not injured in the crash. 

The teen was not wearing a helmet.
