Tulsa Man Found Guilty In Neglect Of Limp, Unresponsive Baby

A jury convicted a Tulsa man Friday of child abuse and neglect.

Ganey Fairley was arrested in March after his girlfriend's 9-month-old son was found limp and unresponsive.

The boy was in "very critical condition" at the time.

Fairley said he tripped while carrying the boy.

Investigators say the boy's injuries were more consistent with being violently shaken.

Fairley faces up to 25 years in prison.
