Woman Arrested Near Bristow In Ambulance Stolen From Tulsa

A woman is in jail after police say she stolen an ambulance parked at the OSU Medical Center in downtown Tulsa early Friday.

She is identified as Rose Mustin, 48, of Tulsa, who had just been released from the hospital.

Hospital security notified police just before 3 a.m.  Police say they used GPS to track the Mercy Regional ambulance. It showed the ambulance headed west on I-44.  

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol stopped the ambulance east of the Bristow exit on the Turner Turnpike.

Troopers booked Mustin into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of larceny of a motor vehicle and not having a driver's license.
