Woman Involved In Standoff With Owasso Police

Owasso Police officers were in a brief standoff with a woman in an Owasso neighborhood Wednesday afternoon after they said she fired gunshots into the air outside her home. 

Police said the woman was suicidal and had fired shots into the air and into the neighborhood. 

They said the woman put the gun down a little after 5 p.m., and officers were able to take her into custody. 

No one was injured during the incident.
