Two People Wounded In Shooting Near Tulsa High School

Tulsa police are investigating a reported shooting west of downtown Tulsa Thursday night.

Two people — a male and a female — were wounded and transported to a hospital, police said.

The shooting was reported around 7:30 p.m. in the 500 block of North 38th West Avenue, not far from Central High School.

The victims are expected to be OK.

At least two men fired into a crowd of 10 to 20 people standing in the front yard of the residence, police said.

The shooters and the people with them left the scene in three vehicles, police said.
