Broken Arrow Man Arrested Again For Exposing Himself To Women

Police say a Broken Arrow man convicted last year of indecent exposure is back in jail on three more complaints.

He is identified as Robert Long, 29.

Police arrested Long on Monday, August 14, 2017, for exposing himself to at least three women and a child.

His arrest report states Robert Long flashed a woman and a two-year-old child near 101st and Aspen on Monday. Police say he also exposed himself to another woman while standing near a mailbox.

After his arrest, another woman told police Robert Long exposed himself to her back on July 29th. Police said she identified Long out of a photo lineup.

Police say Long was released from prison on July 14th for the same offense in 2016.

Long is being held in the Tulsa County jail. Jail records show he has a court appearance set for August 21st.
