News On 6 storm tracker Von Castor was on hand to help at a crash scene early Sunday morning near Bartlesville. Von was tracking heavy rainfall moving through northeastern Oklahoma when he was able to assist emergency personnel with the weather-related crash.
The rollover wreck took place on Highway 75 south of town. Von helped light the scene for firefighters rescuing cattle and horses. The driver told Von he owns his own rodeo company.
A horse that had to be rescued from a ditch after the crash did not survive. Many of the cattle on the truck were OK.
We believe no humans were injured.
Washington, Osage and Pawnee counties saw torrential rains, high winds and heavy lightning.
