News On 6 spoke with Terence Crutcher's sister after closing arguments wrapped up. She says the evidence is clear.
"They let my brother lay there in his own blood like he didn't matter," said Dr. Tiffany Crutcher, twin sister of Terence.
"It is our prayer that the jury will come out with justice for my brother, his children, my parents and our family."
The Crutcher family gathered with supporters to pray in the hallway as the jury began deliberations on day eight of the manslaughter trial. Terence Crutcher was shot and killed by Tulsa Police Officer Betty Shelby last September.
She told the jury she feared he was reaching into his SUV for a gun, but police say he was unarmed.
Tiffany Crutcher told us she believes the evidence points towards corruption inside the Tulsa Police Department.
"It's very clear that there was not justification for my brother being executed. It's very clear that all the officers tried to cover up this murder," she said.
