Pickup Damages Traffic Lights At Pine And Memorial In Tulsa

Tulsa Police said the driver of a possibly stolen truck crashed into a pole at Pine and Memorial, taking out the traffic light. Police responded to the crash a little before 7 a.m.

Officers said the truck was northbound on Memorial when the driver made a high speed turn and hit the pole. Lanes of east and westbound Pine were shut down at Memorial as crews worked to fix the traffic light.

The driver of the truck took off.  

The intersection was back in working order around 7:45 a.m.
