High Water Across Tulsa Street Strands Driver

Here is a reminder why you shouldn't drive through high water.  

A News On 6 photojournalist spotted a silver car stuck in high water near 43rd and Sheridan just before midnight.

The car stalled and another driver stopped to help push it out of the water into a nearby parking lot.
