Power is back on after an outage affecting just under 10,000 PSO customers in east Tulsa and Broken Arrow early Thursday.
At about 12:45 a.m., the utility says the power went out and stayed out for nearly two hours.
PSO told News On 6, the outage was caused by the loss of a transmission line that served an electric substation.
PSO workers did a workaround to get the power back on.
