Tulsa Police Release Photo Of Weekly Most Wanted

The Tulsa Police Department is seeking a 33-year-old man for failure to appear. 

Police said Ralph Biggs has several theft cases against him including larceny from a house and lying about having stolen property. 

Court records show the judge gave him a chance to go to drug court but Biggs didn't show up in January.

Biggs is a white man, 5'11", 135 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. 

Once in custody, Biggs will be held on a $250,000 bond.
