TPD Investigating Fatal Hit-And-Run

Tulsa police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run near 11th and Garnett.

Police say one person was pushing another in a wheelchair when they were hit by a vehicle. 

One of the victims has been pronounced dead. It's unsure at this time who died. 

According to officers, the driver fled the scene but left the vehicle nearby.
