Police Make Arrest In Fatal Shooting At Tulsa Apartment Complex

Tulsa police arrested a woman connected to a deadly shooting at a Tulsa apartment complex.

Tuesday night, police arrested Yania Parker on a first-degree murder charge.

Jail records show Parker, 32, lives in the South Port Apartments where a woman found her son shot to death around 7:30 a.m.

Neighbors said they heard a possible gunshot around 1:30 or 2:00 a.m.

Through their investigation, Tulsa police said they learned Parker was involved with the victim.

Detectives are also interviewing a second person in connection with the crime.
