A Tulsa construction company and Soldier's Wish teamed up to help bring a Pryor veteran home for the holidays.

They said 69-year old Vietnam vet Lynn Davis is recovering from a heart attack and a stroke and in order to get released from the hospital, he needed a wheel chair ramp built at his home in Pryor.

Oklahoma Senator James Lankford called Soldier's Wish and asked for help and that's when Red Dog Construction stepped in to help.

On their Facebook page, Red Dog Construction posted:

We are honored to have met this veteran! What a great man. Looking forward to making his life a little bit easier. Wheelchair ramps will be installed just in time for Christmas!

Red Dog Construction donated all the supplies and workers didn't just build one ramp, but three ramps for Davis.
