Woman Charged With Manslaughter In Fatal 2015 Crash

The Rogers County district attorney charged a woman with manslaughter for a deadly 2015 crash.

Police say Megan Kramer was drunk when she hit and killed a motorcyclist on I-244.

The district attorney said he hasn't filed charges until now because his office was told Kramer was in a vegetative state.

In September, the family of the man killed, Mark Alderman, said Kramer was posting photos to her Facebook for several months. They believe that if Kramer was well enough to spend time with her family, she’s well enough to be charged.

The DA said he will ask for a hearing to determine if Kramer is competent to stand trial.
